Band Student Recognition for October

We plan to recognize certain band members throughout the year for their dedication and achievement.
Paige Balut, Gabby Messina, and Brendan Weibel have auditioned for and been accepted into two of our local youth symphonies. Paige and Gabby are members of the Bellevue Youth Symphony and Brendan is a member of the Seattle Youth Symphony. Congratulations to these fine musicians. They are sharing their talent with the community. 

5 Maywood band students auditioned for the Junior All State groups and if accepted will perform in February at the Music Educator's Convention in Yakima. Good luck to Steffan Ortega, Sara Flash, Gabby Messina, Paige Balut, and Brendan Weibel.
