News from the bandroom

First of all, thanks to all Maywood band musicians for a very successful end-of-year concert!

We are currently working on and presenting our Fairy Tale compositions.

We also have a quintet preparing a few pieces to perform next week.


Last day for instruments is Tuesday, June 18th (Happy 77th birthday to Sir Paul McCartney)
Please turn in any home instruments that need summer repair. If you are continuing in band at Maywood next year and have a working Maywood instrument you may keep that instrument over the summer.
8th graders should be turning in their Maywood instruments unless you have made prior arrangements to keep it for your summer lessons. If you are continuing in band at Liberty and normally rent a school instrument please check in with Mr. Tanner to reserve an instrument.
