November 27th Concert help needed -Parent volunteers

Parent helpers are needed for our November 27th concert.
We need parents to help in the warm up rooms before the concert, sit with the bands in the bleachers for crowd control, videotaping of concert, after concert clean up managers.
Warm up room: help students with ties, make sure they sign in, keep them from playing their instruments, help them organize and get to the gym.
Bleachers: Keep students from talking during someone elses performance.
Videotaping: Tape the concert with the school's Zoom recorder.
After Concert clean up manager: make sure everyone helps to put away stand and chairs and monitor that all band equipment gets back to the band room and goes back where it belongs.
